Prototyping SOLISTIC was quite the challenge as I was exposed to new design tools which I have not used before. Invision is an online software that allows designers create and prototype applications, but for me; I had begun using Sketch and so I inserted my wireframes and then prototyped. The transition needed to be adjusted to but overall the practicality became really easy.

Book Arts
During my time in SDSU I manage to squeeze in a general education art class called Book Arts. During my time in the class I've discovered my love for drafting books and setting up layouts for print.

Zine are simple book structures originally made to showcase a persons thoughts.
Like a personal mini journal but are usually passed around friends and family to explore.
Zines are made with a piece of paper 8.5x11in and contain 8x spaces to be creative. There are no exact way to create a zine, and can be freely creative.
I love Inktober and decided to showcase why I do by using ink drawings paired with some descriptions.
Japanese Binding
Japanese binding books are some of the oldest styles of book binding. These bindings are sewed on the outer spines and protrude onto the cover and back cover.
I had a great time constructing the Japanese binding, it was quite a challenge but well worth the reward.
